Our third-party support contract program, TAC support, is a flexible and comprehensive suite of customizable support options for your new and existing networking and telecom hardware. It provides a cost effective alternative that goes beyond OEM support contract offerings like Cisco’s SMARTnet, Juniper’s J-Care and Brocade’s Essential Services. You can design a solution that includes tighter response widows, advanced hardware replacement, in-house unit and component depot availability, incident self-escalation to tiers 3 and 4, and ongoing coverage 5 years beyond end-of-life. TAC support services do not void OEM warranties therefore expanding your options both with the manufacturers and giving you access to certified and experienced consulting engineers.
